The Leaguers Building consists of two floors on top of a below grade parking garage. The main entrance is accessed from a raised plinth above the parking. This entrance allows access to a very large main lobby, a large multipurpose room, an outdoor terrace, and the executive offices of the Leaguers which are located on the upper floor. The second entrance is the main entrance to the Headstart Center, which accommodates 14 classrooms over two floors, including administrative offices, kitchen, outdoor playground, and support spaces.
The monochromatic exterior wall is clad with white textured brick, symbolic of the white gloves associated with its founder, Mary Burch. Light is transmitted to the interior through regularly spaced punched window openings and also via a two story high curtain wall system on the building’s main façade.
